hi,
my son plays on iphone, but he wants to play now on Android device.
Unfortunately, he has forgotten his password.
How can I retrieve it ?
On the new android device, i have entered the email which is registered in his gamevil account after pressing "forgot PW" tab, a message says that a temporary password has been send but there's nothing in the mailbox.

I have had the same issue. I checked my junk folder also. I just made another avatar today Unfortunately. I have been trying to get into my old account for 3 days. I'm too addicted to the game to wait any longer.
